The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) brought together a curated group of global buyers and suppliers for an intimate programme of business connection, education and immersive destination experiences, 20-23 April in Bogotá.
The 2026 SITE Incentive Summit was hosted in the Colombian capital and provided delegates first-hand insight into Bogotá’s growing appeal as an incentive destination.

This summit combined strong business exchange with a real sense of place, giving attendees the chance to experience the city’s culture, hospitality and energy in a way that was both memorable and professionally valuable. It was a powerful example of how incentive travel continues to evolve through fresh destinations and thoughtfully curated programmes.”
The programme’s welcome reception set the tone for several days of connection and discovery. Education and networking were complemented by experiences including a fruit tasting, coffee experience, dance classes and wellness activities.
Delegates explored Bogotá through a graffiti walking tour, a visit to Monserrate with dinner, and a La Candelaria walking tour paired with cacao tasting.
The programme also incorporated the national sport of tejo and a CSR opportunity, as well as ceviche making and mixology inspired by Colombian cocktails. A farewell dinner at Cumbia House brought the summit to a close in celebratory style.

During the event, SITE announced that the next SITE Incentive Summit will take place in Marrakech, Morocco, 13-16 July 2027.
