USA – The SnowSports Industries America (SIA) Snow Show is the largest convention booking in Denver’s history.
The ski and snowboard show taking place 28-31 January at the Colorado Convention Centre has brought 18,000 retailers, manufacturers and decision-makers, and is expected to boost the local economy by $30m.
Colorado governor Bill Ritter says: “It’s no secret that Colorado is regarded around the world as the snow sports capital of America, so it is a great, natural fit for us to host the premier snow sports industry trade show”.
The SIA has agreed to hold the event, the largest snow sports show in the world, in Denver for the next 11 years. It was previously held in Las Vegas.
