BestCities Global Alliance, the partnership of 13 leading destinations, and ICCA, the International Congress and Convention Association, are welcoming submissions for their 2025 Incredible Impacts Programme – an awards initiative recognising association events that leave a lasting, positive impact on the world. The programme offers two cash awards each year – a main grant of $20,000 and a seed grant of $5,000.
Submissions are open for both grants and will remain open until 2 June 2025. For the main prize, shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a second submission with the finalists revealed the week of 11 August 2025. For the seed grant, finalists will also be announced the week of 11 August 2025.
The winners of both grants will be announced at the Incredible Impacts Programme session at the ICCA Congress, 9-12 November 2025. In 2024, the main Incredible Impacts Programme grant was awarded to the European Academy of Childhood Disability (EACD), while the seed grant was given to the International Cartilage Regeneration and Joint Preservation Society (ICRS).
