The Experience Economy Meeting (TEM) will return to Madrid on 29–30 September 2025, following a sold-out edition in 2024.
Hosted at Florida Park in El Retiro, the two-day summit is designed to foster peer-to-peer exchange among senior decision-makers shaping the future of the experience economy. Co-produced by Fever, Exhibition Hub, and Semmel Exhibitions, the event caters to professionals across live entertainment, touring, immersive formats, cultural programming, brand activations, and IP-led experiences.
Strong market growth fuels sector momentum
The 2025 forum takes place at a time of significant momentum for the global immersive sector. Market estimates suggest a rise in valuation from £98bn in 2023 to a projected £351bn by 2030. This growth has brought increased attention to scalable formats, touring content, experiential retail, and digital engagement strategies.
A format built for depth and industry-wide insight
TEM 2025 adopts an intentionally compact, industry-first format. Discussions and showcases will centre on the intersections of cultural institutions, fan-driven experiences, branded content, and next-generation touring. The agenda blends structured panels with informal exchanges to enable focused interaction and meaningful collaboration. Among the confirmed programme features is a presentation by Robin Givhan, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, who will explore the legacy of designer and cultural innovator Virgil Abloh. The forum will also include a commissioned site-specific installation from New York-based artist DJ Morrow, introducing an unconventional take on spatial storytelling and visual language in temporary venues.
Industry backing underscores strategic alignment
TEM’s 2025 edition is backed by a range of international sponsors and supporters, including COFO Exhibitions, EFM Global, Madrid Artes Digitales (MAD), FKP Scorpio Entertainment, JVS Trade Group, Exhibition Hub, Alegria Exhibition, Imagine Exhibitions, and Proactive Entertainment. The event is structured as a not-for-profit forum, with all proceeds channelled back into curated hospitality, content development, and a delivery model focused on senior-level engagement. TEM 2025 represents a key moment for operators, producers, and strategic partners to assess new models, forge international partnerships, and position their offerings within a rapidly diversifying market.
