40 years of collective impact
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Palais’ Ambassadors Club, created in 1985 as a reflection of the city’s collaborative spirit. This prestigious group now includes more than 350 influential professionals from the scientific, academic, and research sectors. Beyond their own professional commitments, these experts leverage their networks to attract large-scale international events, strengthening Montréal’s global reputation while delivering significant economic and intellectual benefits to the city and province. As part of its mission to identify the next generation of local champions eager to host international events in their fields, the Palais des congrès developed the Knowledge Collective in partnership with Business Events Montréal.
