Travel technology companies ZYTLYN and Holibob have announced a strategic partnership aimed at transforming how travel brands and destinations distribute, market, and sell travel experiences using artificial intelligence (AI). The collaboration combines Switzerland-based ZYTLYN’s AI Predictive Travel Platform with UK-based Holibob’s Experiences Marketing Platform. The partnership will focus particularly on emerging tourism markets in the Middle East and North Africa, providing an AI-driven marketing solution and personalised marketplace for travel activities. “AI enables travel brands and destinations to transform marketing economics, getting the right products in front of the right people at the right time, doubling conversion rates as we already see with early adopters,” said Houman Goudarzi, CEO of ZYTLYN. The combined platforms will allow travel brands and destinations to harness predictive and personalised marketing. ZYTLYN’s technology offers insights into traveler preferences and market dynamics, while Holibob’s platform focuses on personalised, in-destination experiences. Holibob CEO Craig Everett highlighted the importance of activities and experiences in travel: “Activities and experiences are often the primary reason people travel, making them ideal for conversion-focused marketing campaigns designed to increase visitation with a strong ROI.” The partnership aims to unlock new revenue opportunities and improve efficiency in customer acquisition for travel brands and Destination Management Organisations (DMOs).
