30th AACB conference rebrand puts customer experience to the fore

The Association of Australian Convention Bureaux (AACB) has launched the annual conference themed Customer Experience: Laneways to Success to be held in Melbourne, 18-20 September 2019.

Celebrating its 30th year, the conference embraces a new vision and audience with a rebranded event titled Destination Business Events.

AACB CEO, Andrew Hiebl said: “The AACB annual conference offers a unique opportunity for competitors in our industry to network, share ideas, discuss trends and issues and work collaboratively in order to grow the overall business events market in and for Australia.”

Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) CEO, Karen Bolinger added: “The MCB is thrilled to host the Destination Business Events conference in Melbourne this September. This is a wonderful opportunity for convention bureaux, convention centres and destination marketing organisations across Australia to come together to network, engage and learn at the 30th annual conference powered by the AACB.”

Registrations open week commencing 18 March 2019.
