The Association of Australian Convention Bureaux (AACB) has launched the annual conference themed Customer Experience: Laneways to Success to be held in Melbourne, 18-20 September 2019.
Celebrating its 30th year, the conference embraces a new vision and audience with a rebranded event titled Destination Business Events.
AACB CEO, Andrew Hiebl said: “The AACB annual conference offers a unique opportunity for competitors in our industry to network, share ideas, discuss trends and issues and work collaboratively in order to grow the overall business events market in and for Australia.”
Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) CEO, Karen Bolinger added: “The MCB is thrilled to host the Destination Business Events conference in Melbourne this September.
