ATPI appoints new global director of content

International travel and events management agency ATPI has appointed Clare Pereira as global director of content and customer platforms. It is a new role designed to bolster the company’s initiatives around the personalisation of its technology.

Reporting into chief innovation and technology officer Ali Hussain, Pereira brings a wealth of experience in developing multi-channel content across air, hotel and mobile platforms.

“Personalisation is one of the hottest topics for our industry,” said Hussain. “Travel technology must be flexible and provide genuine relevance and insight for users. Clare has a sterling reputation for her work in enhancing the client experience and personalisation capabilities of travel management technology products and platforms.

“We are very fortunate to have her on board and her expertise will complement our client offering further.”

Pereira, who will be based in London, added: “ATPI is a dynamic business that is committed to standing apart from the crowd with bespoke client-facing technology. I am looking forward to meeting clients and using their feedback to shape future product development and set new trends in TMC technology.”

ATPI has 100 offices worldwide and provides actionable management information reporting that can be tailored to an individual organisation’s requirements.
