ATPI, the global travel management and events specialist, is promoting two members of its UK-based management team as they aim to grow in the post-pandemic period. Kate Skitterall (pictured), member of the ATPI team for 20 years as director of sales and operations in the UK, steps up to a global role as group commercial director. Skitterall will retain her UK management team role and will take on responsibility for global strategic clients across all divisions of the business, including corporate travel and marine and energy. In addition, group operations director John Nixon adds the role of head of UK operations to his portfolio. The role expansion should enhance the alignment between the UK and global operations teams and ensure the highest quality in support for clients. Ian Sinderson, CEO of the ATPI Group, explained: “ATPI has a strong track record of nurturing our people to grow their careers and expertise adding value to our clients over many cumulative years. Katie and John drive excellence for their teams and their clients across their respective portfolios, and I’m thrilled to increase their remit and ensure more of our clients and our people benefit from their incredible expertise.”
