The Austria Centre Vienna has revealed a new website, aimed at organiser, exhibitor and visitor, needs, while bringing a sharper focus to the venue’s digital communications.
The centrepiece of the new site is an interactive presentation of the various rooms and halls, levels and event concepts. This aims to help organisers who are not currently able to visit the venue due to international travel restrictions on travel, by giving them virtual access.
A separate online area has been created to showcase the venue’s 24 halls, 180 meeting rooms and 26,000sqm of exhibition space, alongside key facts and figures, room plans and images. Easy-to-navigate level plans enable organisers to complete online tours of the site. It also includes specific ideas for organisers, outlining possible configurations for events.
The new content section includes key information, including on how to get to the venue, food and drink establishments, hotels nearby and details on what Vienna has to offer.
The website also has specific information for exhibitors, including delivery areas, services and exhibitor guidelines.
