Building on a debut on the Gold Coast and central Melbourne, Avani Hotels & Resorts is to open two new properties by the end of the year in Australia.
Avani Adelaide Residences is a first for the Thai brand in South Australia, and comprises 76 studios and suites, each with fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
The standard is high, with Avani Adelaide also including a heated pool, cinema, library, gym, steam room and sauna, and a golf simulator. It is located close to Rundle Mall and key museums.
Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences (pictured) are located in a popular commercial and academic hub, fast emerging as Melbourne’s second CBD. On offer will be a mix of 75 one- and two-bedroom suites with chef-style kitchens, a heated pool, on-site sauna, and rooftop amenities with views of the Dandenong Ranges.

Avani currently operates 27 hotels and resorts in 19 countries. The brand recently debuted in Cambodia, South Korea, and Bali – Indonesia. Avani currently has 15 new hotels in the pipeline, including a recent signing in Malaysia, the UAE, and Myanmar.
