BCD Meetings & Events appoints VP of global people and culture

Global agency BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has announced the appointment of Renee Templeton (pictured) as vice-president of global people and culture. Templeton will lead on the agency’s regional people and culture, formerly called Human Resources, as well as collaborating across BCD on sustainability, diversity and inclusion initiatives. Scott Graf, global president of BCD, said: “Renee brings forward thinking, strategic and pragmatic human resources experience to BCD M&E. Her expertise at building highly engaged, winning cultures and developing teams that enable accelerated growth is perfectly aligned with our focus and investment in our people.” Most recently, Templeton led HR for the IDEX Corporation where she had global responsibility representing 1,300 employees and was a member of the senior leadership team.
