Creative Technology (CT) has announced that Chris Burke will take on the role of managing director of Creative Technology in Shanghai. Burke will continue with his existing role as managing director of CT in Hong Kong and Singapore, and the appointment means all of CT’s Asia Pacific business comes under his control. Burke has been with Creative Technology since 2009. He replaces Simon Tibble, who passed away suddenly at his home in earlier this month. Tibble had been was a key part of CT’s China business and a true industry veteran whose skills helped develop the business into what it is today. He will be missed by all. Graham Andrews, president of Creative Technology North America and Asia Pacific said: “I am delighted that Chris is taking on this additional responsibility and hope you will join me in congratulating him on his appointment.”
