Euromic, the association of leading DMCs, recently held its Academy 2025 in the coastal city of Genoa, Italy, gathering 45 participants (representing 24 euromic ‘Inspirational DMC’ destinations). Delegates met for three days under the theme ‘The future is bright’.
This year’s Academy placed a spotlight on the next generation of talent – young future incentive industry leaders – providing them with a platform to connect, and contribute to shaping the evolution of the global incentive travel industry. The euromic Academy is an educational think-tank that has grown year on year, bridging a critical skills development need within the incentive industry.
In Genoa, participants engaged in sessions on leadership, innovation, destination storytelling, and operational excellence. Workshops and case studies encouraged knowledge-sharing and creative problem-solving.
Hosts Gastaldi Global DMC ensured the experience, which included pesto making, left every participant enriched and recharged.
