Australia-based event technology company EventsAIR has announced that its OnAIR virtual and hybrid event solution has reached the one million virtual attendee milestone in just 12 months.
EventsAIR has hosted one million virtual attendees at 20,000 events, since it launched in May 2020.
The OnAIR platform has also handled 4.4 million registrations, and delivered over 12,000 livestreaming hours via its live streaming solution AIRCast.
“We are incredibly proud of what the EventsAIR team has accomplished,” said CEO Trevor Gardiner. “To reach one million virtual attendees in only 12 months is a fantastic achievement.”
“We are extremely grateful to all the customers who helped us to reach this incredible milestone, and we’re pleased to be helping our customers connect and engage in meaningful ways through these difficult times.”
The EventsAIR team was able to design, build and launch OnAIR in just 90 days and helped many clients transition their in-person events into the virtual space.
OnAIR is built on the EventsAIR 6th Gen event management platform and the latest version offers introduces a fully customisable and brandable 3D graphical virtual event environment. “The 3D mode option facilitates the transition to hybrid events, which is already starting to happen in some parts of the world,” said Gardiner. “It also adds value for sponsors and exhibitors who are able to showcase their brands, products, and services in an immersive design.”
OnAIR has been used to run a range of events from very large and complex events involving the simultaneous hosting of more than 500 speakers and over 10,000 attendees to two-hour VIP event series.
