Travel management company, FCM has retained New South Wales Government travel management contract following a tender process with the Australian state. The business, which is the Flight Centre Travel Group’s global corporate travel management brand, has been awarded a three-year contract plus two additional one-year options having first won the account six years ago. Melissa Elf, general manager of FCM Australia, commented: “FCM has transformed the travel programme over the previous term of the contract, increasing online uptake and overall consolidation of the travel programme. FCM will offer the NSW Government a completely revised and enhanced technology offering, allowing users more control over their booking requirements. “The travel contract will consist of nine clusters and over 80 agencies, with each agency having specific requirements, and the programme will be further supported with enhanced reporting,” added Elf.
