Ireland-based international business agency SoolNua (an anglicised version of the Gaelic phrase meaning ‘new eye’), is charting a new era of leadership under Aoife McCrum and Gráinne Ní Ghiollagáin. McCrum and Ní Ghiollagáin have taken over as joint owners and managing partners of the agency from renowned industry veterans Patrick Delaney and Pádraic Gilligan, who founded SoolNua in 2014.
“We’re honoured to take ownership of SoolNua, building on the extraordinary legacy created by Patrick and Pádraic,” said McCrum. “With a fresh perspective and a renewed vision, we are excited to be shaping the future of SoolNua.”
“As a women-owned business we are committed to the diversity, equity, and inclusion ethos that has been intrinsic to the business since it was first started,” adds Ní Ghiollagáin. “SoolNua is an industry leader with a reputation built on passion and personality that we look forward to maintaining long into the future.”
McCrum, a graduate in advertising and marketing, has been with SoolNua since its inception and Ní Ghiollagáin, who joined SoolNua five years ago is a qualified pharmacist who went on to gain industry knowledge and experience on both the supply and demand sides of the industry.
Patrick Delaney and Pádraic Gilligan, the founders of SoolNua, will continue to be involved in various capacities. Delaney will remain connected in an advisory role, contributing selectively to key projects, while Gilligan will continue as an integral part of the operational team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
