GL events awarded 15-year concession for Lima Convention Center

GL events secures major venue deal. The French group will operate Lima's convention centre for 15 years.

Integrated event industry group, GL Events has announced it has been awarded the 15-year concession for for the Lima Convention Center. The venue in the Peruvian capital comprises approximately 18,000sqm of event space and 18 multi-purpose rooms, with a capacity of up to 10,000 people.

GL events believes Lima Convention Center has the potential to generate annual revenue in excess of €12m and expects to finalise the 15-year concession agreement before the end of 2026.
