Caesars Entertainment, the largest casino entertainment company in the US, has released its 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility report – PEOPLE PLANET PLAY, highlighting the company’s progress on environmental goals, community impact, and its Responsible Gaming programme (now in its 35th year).

“2024 was an incredible year for us at Caesars Entertainment,” said Kiersten Flint, SVP of CSR and internal communications. “In addition to rounding out a multi-year capital cycle where we opened three new destinations, we made robust enhancements to programmes that benefit our team members.”

The new report details progress in Caesars’ CSR framework’s three categories: PEOPLE, PLANET, PLAY.

The Caesars Foundation donated more than $3.4m to national and local non-profit organisations and disaster relief efforts. The company provided $72m in total community investment in 2024, which includes the monetary value of 93,000 HERO volunteer hours invested by team members.

The company also reports achieving a 20% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions against a 2019 base year and a 16% reduction in Scope 3 emissions against a 2022 base year. In 2024, Caesars joined two US Department of Energy programmes: the Better Climate Challenge and the Better Buildings Challenge, aligning with its climate commitments and building efficiency strategy.
