The International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) has established a research partnership with event industry research specialists Explori. The partnership aims to provide ICCA members, of which there are over 1,100, with educational content and market intelligence reports. Senthil Gopinath, CEO, ICCA, said: “We are always striving to deliver engaging events that truly meet the needs and wishes of ICCA’s diverse community. That’s why we are so pleased to secure this partnership with Explori. Their cutting-edge technology and bespoke approach to understanding event performance will undoubtedly level up our events, live content and create insightful market intelligence reports.” Explori’s platform will work with the ICCA to collate attendee feedback to create bespoke events and engaging educational content.
