JTB agency forges new European unified identity

Provider of MICE and business travel management solutions, JTB Europe, has launched a new website www.jtbeurope.com as part of a restructure of its operations on the continent.

The interactive site displays a fresh corporate identity and is designed to unify the agency’s 15 European offices, which will now all be operating under the official JTB Europe umbrella rather than individual office locations.

Established in 1912 in Tokyo, JTB now operates in 36 countries and employs nearly 30,000 staff across the globe.

The new website, the company says, is the first step in JTB’s ongoing restructuring in Europe including brand development.

JTB Europe runs business events from concept and creative, to travel logistics and conference management.

Eijiro Yamakita (pictured), President & CEO JTB Europe, said: “After months of hard work, revision and refinement, JTB Europe, Corporate Events & Travel’s new home is now live. The new website has been designed to interact closer with our European customers and provide them easier access to JTB global resources backed up by local expertise. The stronger unity across Europe will not only help us operate more efficiently offering an even better service to our clients, but also clearly demonstrate the products, services, information and systems that play a part in creating the unforgettable experiences that we specialise in.”

A second stage development of the website is also underway, as is the JTB Club project, which includes bespoke offerings to JTB Europe’s corporate customers.
