The largest hotel group in South Korea, Lotte Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of the L7 Hotels by Lotte West Lake Hanoi, in Hanoi, Vietnam. The new property is a boutique lifestyle located in the Tay Ho area in Hanoi. It is situated within the Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi, the largest shopping mall complex in Vietnam. The five-star hotel is a complex of two 23-storey towers, featuring 264 hotel rooms and 192 serviced residence rooms overlooking West Lake and the Red River. All rooms at the hotel have a balcony or terrace. There are various in-house restaurants and Tim Ho Wan, a Michelin-starred dim sum franchise from Hong Kong. Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, the Ballroom is an event space that can accommodate up to 590 people and there is also a 200sqm foyer event space.
