Having launched Australia-based advisory Lightning Bolt Consulting in early January 2026, Nicole Walker, founder and CEO, has appointed business events and association sector leader Nell Harrison to chief operating officer. The new agency specialises in strategic, operational and commercial solutions for associations, corporates and event-led organisations.
Walker and Harrison’s partnership brings more than four decades of experience across association management, conference and event delivery and organisational transformation.
Walker described the appointment of Harrison as a natural and strategic step for the business.
