CMW has learned that intrepid international MICE industry journalist and editor Louis Allen has died, following a stroke on 17 June. Louis was a well-known face on the international MICE media circuit and worked for many years for Rob and Alex Yeomans’ Australian-based CIM magazine. Louis was a quiet man and great company, as well as a true professional with a real eye for the photo opportunity. In recent years he relocated to Vietnam in 2015, continuing to work within the events industry. Mash Media sends its condolences to Louis Allen’s family and friends at this time.
