mci group, an international communication, marketing, and events agency, has expanded its public affairs offer by acquiring the Business Bridge Europe (BBE) consultancy – a public affairs firm created in 2008. BBE is known in Europe for its C-level annual political conferences, including the European Space Conference (edition 15 will take place in January 2023). As of 25 October 2022 the consultancy is part of Brussels-based logos, one of the mci group agencies, which specialises in global public affairs and communication. With this integration, mci group will offer customers a 360-degree suite of engagement solutions for corporate firms, associations, and institutions. These will range from advocacy, association management, strategic and digital communications, and event management. Over 130 team members will focus their expertise on strategic domains such as aerospace, defence, digital, environment, energy, and mobility. They will advise and accompany clients in the European institutional labyrinths. Additionally, this acquisition will also reinforce the overall presence of the mci group in the EU capital. “We now have a unique mix of talents capable of supporting a large spectrum of EU and international public affairs projects”, said Fred Soudain, managing director of logos. Sebastien Tondeur, mci group CEO highlighted: “I am delighted to see how our work contributes to the advancement of European and global debates. The BBE team is the perfect addition to an already stellar organisation.”
