Robert Dach has been appointed head of sales at Messe and Congress Center Basel and Messe Zürich. Dach, who joined in 2022, has spent the past three years as project manager for guest exhibitions.
In this role, Dach has been overseeing the planning and execution of national and international trade fairs, conferences and events. His background includes ten years in the Swiss and international luxury hotel industry, including as director of banqueting operations at Mandarin Oriental Geneva.
“I’m delighted to be working with my team on positioning Basel and Zurich as leading event locations in Switzerland and Europe,” said Dach. “It’s the varied nature of the events and the direct interaction with our partners that make this job so unique.”
