Organising a healthcare or life sciences event involves ensuring decisions satisfy strict compliance and regulatory requirements.
Now, M&I Healthcare, a dedicated European forum with hosted buyers, is to make its North American debut at the Omni hotel in Dallas in 2027, as well as returning to Europe with an event at the Milan Marriott in Milano.
A recent record-breaking M&I Healthcare Brighton saw 130 qualified healthcare buyers meet with 150 supplier representatives from 107 organisations across Europe during 4,500 pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings.
Paula Jurvanen, managing director at M&I, said: “The success of M&I Healthcare in Europe has shown there’s a clear appetite for a dedicated marketplace and we’re excited to bring this proven model to new healthcare and life sciences communities.”
The content programming is developed in partnership with specialist consultancy 3Sixty Consulting featuring keynote speakers, panel discussions and interactive workshops covering compliance, healthcare engagement, strategic meeting management and evolving global regulations. Eligible delegates can also earn continuing education accreditation.
Mark Handforth, founder of 3Sixty Consulting, said: “Healthcare meetings are unlike any other part of the events industry. Success hinges on understanding compliance, regulation, and ultimately improving patient outcomes, so the education must be as specialised as the audience.
“Our aim is always to equip delegates with practical ideas they can act on immediately, while sparking discussions on the challenges shaping the future… That’s why every M&I Healthcare programme is designed not only for today’s needs, but for where the industry is heading tomorrow.”
Dallas was chosen for M&I Healthcare’s North American debut in 2027 because it is one of the United States’ leading healthcare and life sciences hubs. The city is home to more than 90,000 biotechnology and life sciences professionals, 138 acute-care hospitals and world-class research institutions including UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Delegates will be hosted at the Omni Dallas Hotel, a flagship luxury convention hotel directly connected to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
