Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre in New Zealand has appointed Melanie Gurden (pictured) to the role of marketing and communications manager. She joins the venue team after a successful tenure with professional services organisations and brings valuable expertise in brand management, marketing, and communications. General Manager Ross Steele said: “We are delighted to have Mel join the Te Pae Christchurch team. Her experience and enthusiasm will ensure Te Pae Christchurch remains a strong and visible brand in our key markets.” Gurden took up her new role at Te Pae Christchurch in October. Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is a crown-led major anchor project for the regeneration of Christchurch delivered by Rau Paenga Limited and managed by ASM Global.
