DMC Network has added Prague-based destination management company Senator Meetings & Incentives (Senator M&I) to its global network, effective from 1 July.
Founded more than 20 years ago, Senator M&I delivers meetings, incentives, conferences and destination management services across the Czech Republic. The company also has offices in Budapest and Warsaw, giving it a wider presence in Central Europe.
The appointment comes as consolidation continues across the destination management sector, with many independent DMCs joining larger groups or networks to expand their international reach while retaining local ownership.
Aoife Delaney, managing director of DMC Network, said: “Senator M&I is exactly the kind of partner we want within DMC Network. Martin and his team bring deep local knowledge, strong international experience and a genuine commitment to long-term partnership. From the start of the process, it was clear that they were not simply looking to join a platform, they were looking to become part of a community that shares their values.”
Founded by Martin Lehký, Senator M&I works with corporate, incentive, association and agency clients across meetings, incentives, conferences, congresses, exhibitions and travel services.
Lehký said: “Joining DMC Network is an important step for Senator M&I and one that feels completely aligned with the way we work. We have always believed that successful destination management depends on trust, personal relationships, creativity and detailed local knowledge. DMC Network brings together independent companies that share those same principles.”
