Singapore Exhibition & Conference Bureau (SECB) is set to showcase its new destination brand ‘Passion Made Possible’ to the European MICE market at ibtm world 2017. In addition, it will be showcasing Singapore’s leading food and drink scene by bringing both real-world and virtual culinary experiences to its stand. This will include the attendance of Pang Seng Meng – founder of Singapore’s famous New Ubin Seafood restaurant – who was awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand award in both 2016 and 2017. He will be joined by Vijay Mudaliar – owner and head bartender at Native Bar – this year named in the list of the World’s 50 Best Bars. Singapore was crowned the top international meeting city of 2016 by the Union of International Associations (UIA) for the tenth consecutive year and named the top international association meetings city of 2015 in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region by the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) for the 15th year running.
