Board member Tom Kemp (pictured) is to assume role of interim CEO at business event management agency PRA until a permanent successor is named to Mike Fiber, who has announced he is stepping down after five years as CEO.
The company announced Kemp will oversee all business operations across 31 service locations in North America.
Headquartered in Chicago, PRA is majority owned by investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital which is working with the company’s Board of Directors on the search for a permanent CEO.
Kemp has experience in meetings, incentives, conferences, and the exhibitions industry, paired with a deep knowledge of PRA. He was also CEO of Northstar Travel Group from 2009 to 2023.
