TTA, a global event management agency, has announced its acquisition of Brand Emotion, a leading brand experience and exhibition company, as part of its strategy to enhance creative content solutions for a high-profile client base. The two UK-based companies have enjoyed a longstanding strategic partnership and see the consolidation of the two businesses as an opportunity to accelerate growth. TTA’s managing director, Liz Zutshi, said: ” We share the same ethos and ambition to drive high-value, sustainable outcomes for our global clients. Looking beyond the obvious to create effective storytelling and drive innovation.” Brand Emotion founders, Simon Baxter and Roger Price, will join TTA’s board as brand experience director and commercial director, respectively. Their roles will focus on fostering brand experience and driving growth across various services and sectors. Established in 1990, TTA works across multiple sectors, including healthcare, technology, corporate, and non-profit.
