London-based software company Eventscase has welcomed a new round of investment. The financial backing by existing investors, will enable the technology company to move forward with a new acquisition strategy that is expected to materialise in 2023. Despite the pandemic, in September 2020, Eventscase closed a £3.5m round of investment, which allowed the company to invest in product improvements and win the Eventex award for the best solution for virtual events in 2021. Jose Bort, CEO and co-founder of Eventscase, said: “Akin to the recovery of the events industry after the pandemic, Eventscase has also fought hard to ensure the stability of the business. The backing of our investors confirms that we have emerged stronger from that fight.”
