UK-based Exclusive Collection, through its partnership with event:decision, will sponsor formalised reporting and impacts of confirmed client events. Exclusive Collection, the UK’s first B Corp certified hotel brand, has launched a new sustainability initiative for corporate and agency planners. For meeting and events that take place at one of the collection’s hotels in March 2024, Exclusive Collection, through its partnership with event:decision, will sponsor formalised reporting and impacts of confirmed client events. The initiative coincides with March being B Corp Month, a month where B Corps across the globe showcase how and why they are impacting, transforming and using business as “a force for good.” Stephanie Hall, group sales and marketing director for Exclusive Collection, said: “The B Corp certification is so important as event organisers look for venues that go beyond CSR. And with March being B Corp month it’s a pertinent time for us to encourage planners to look at their impact and for us to potentially educate new organisers and our colleagues if and where we can.” Matt Grey, founder, event:decision, added: “Exclusive Collection is at the fore of ESG. It’s no mean feat being a B Corp in one venue let alone several! We hope to see new faces taking up their MICE B Corp Month offer and to showing the far-reaching implications and impacts of being a B Corp host.”
