Digital marketing company Feathr has announced the acquisition of digital ad agency Springful. Both companies are based in the USA. The acquisition comes following an increased demand for Feathr Concierge, a service which helps customers set up their accounts, plan campaign strategies, design collateral and ad creatives, and launch and optimise campaigns. Springful partnered with Feathr in late 2017 to help bring Concierge to life, and was managing more than 50 clients within a year of launch. The acquisition also adds five new employees to the Feathr team. After doubling in size in the last two years, Feathr moved in March 2019 to Gaineville’s Nimbus building, a 14,000sqft office in the city’s growing Innovation District. Aidan Augustin (pictured), president and co-founder of Feathr, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Springful into the Feathr family and to continue working together to expand Feathr Concierge. “We are now providing managed services to more customers than ever before, and those customers are seeing excellent results in terms of event growth, engagement, membership, and more. “We look forward to continuing to build out these services to help more associations and events achieve the digital marketing results they’re aiming for.”
