Sydney-based Zadro Agency has won a global competitive pitch to lead on the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO)’s advocacy campaign. IAPCO provides the only international accreditation for professional conference organisers and has members in 45 countries. Felicity Zadro, founder and managing director, Zadro Agency, attended the 54th IAPCO Annual Meeting and General Assembly in Ljubljana, Slovenia at the beginning of the month to kick off the partnership. Martin Boyle, CEO, IAPCO, said: “Our tender process was robust, and the final selection involved multiple parties. We needed to ensure we made the right decision and aligned with a partner that would not only be able to deliver the results we require, but also had an excellent reputation in the industry. “We were delighted to appoint Zadro and look forward to working with their team to delivery our advocacy strategy to ensure that we achieve our ambitious goals in the years ahead,” said Martin. Founded in 2007, Zadro Agency offers brand solutions across a diverse range of industries. The agency also has a training arm of the business, Zadro University. IAPCO today represents 91 accredited PCO companies with 180 member offices.
