CWT appoints Belinda Hindmarsh as COO of RoomIt and of China operations

The travel management platform CWT has announced the appointment of Belinda Hindmarsh (pictured) as chief operating officer of global hotel platform RoomIt and the agency’s China operations. This is a newly created role. After joining CWT in early 2018 to lead global sales effectiveness before becoming senior vice-president of global market management and market development in 2020, Hindmarsh now joins CWT’s commercial and Roomit leadership team, reporting to president and chief commercial officer, Patrick Andersen. Anderson commented: “Belinda’s leadership skills, operational expertise, and proven talents in CWT’s customer organisation positions us well for this next exciting stage in our RoomIt and China journeys and I am delighted to welcome her to my leadership team.” Hindmarsh has over 20 years’ experience in the travel tech space, having held various international and global operations, marketing, supplier management and commercial roles with Expedia Group and Aer Lingus.
