IFEMA Madrid has welcomed the global oncology community, as it hosts the ESMO Congress 2026 through 27 October. The event is an influential global platform for presenting the latest advances in cancer research and clinical care.
Researchers, physicians, healthcare professionals, patient representatives and leading industry companies from around the world are sharing the latest developments in cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment, as well as emerging innovations set to shape the future of patient care.
In this edition, ESMO Congress is occupying 135,60sqm gross across 10 halls, 30.000 of which are dedicated to the exhibition, together with 70 meeting rooms and additional venues throughout the IFEMA Madrid precinct and Municipal Congress Centre.
The congress is hosting nearly 40,000 professionals and features 296 presentations, making it one of the largest conference events ever held in Spain.
