M2 Events Group built a 200-foot-wide LED canvas for this year’s NADA Show in Las Vegas, the 109th edition of the US car dealers’ convention, for a general session audience of nearly 4,000.
The three-screen system used more than 1,100 of ROE Visual’s Graphite GP 2.6 panels, standing 30ft high and delivering over 80 million pixels from roughly 22,000lbs of LED. It ran through three and a half show days and two and a half days of rehearsal, powered by six Disguise VX 4+ media servers. M2, NADA’s longtime production partner, also supported four dealer franchise meetings alongside the main show.
Tom Grubbe, CEO of M2 Events Group, said: “We’re constantly pushing to create bigger, more impactful environments for our clients. That requires technology we can trust. The ROE Visual GP 2.6 panels gave us the performance and consistency we needed, allowing our team to focus on what matters most, which is bringing the creative vision to life.” LED engineer Matt Knotts credited the panels – which M2 first invested in during 2024 – with giving the team predictability: “On a show the size of NADA, they give us a predictable build process and uniform output across the entire canvas. That reliability lets us move faster on install and spend more time dialing in the final image instead of fighting the hardware.”

The canvas also hosted this year’s TIME Dealer of the Year Award, which M2 produces annually with TIME Magazine and Ally Financial; the 2026 award, in its 57th year, went to Dave Wright of Dave Wright Nissan Subaru in Iowa. ROE Visual’s Nick Jevons said the project was ambitious even at the planning stage: “Even then, the project was unmistakably ambitious. A few months later when the first photos of the finished build came through, the screen was massive, and the video content created for it was every bit as impressive. Tom and the M2 team clearly live by ‘go big or go home,’ and the result speaks for itself.”
