EUROPE – A world-class congress is returning to a country after a 21-year absence.
The Intelligent Transport Systems World Congress will take place at the Congrès et Expositions de Bordeaux (CEB) from 5-9 October.
The first edition of the show took place in Paris in 1994.
The main theme of the convention, “Towards Intelligent Mobility – Better Use of Space”, will highlight innovations that promote sustainable mobility.
Over 300 exhibitors, 3,500 delegates and 10,000 visitors from 60 countries are expected at the exhibition centre, using more than 50,000 sq m of exhibition and demonstration space and 10 meeting rooms. The opening and closing ceremonies, as well as several conferences and corporate events, will also take place at the convention centre
It will be the second largest convention ever held in Bordeaux, after Vinexpo which takes place this year from June 14 – 18.
In all, CEB will play host to nine big international events between June and October 2015, including International Symposium on Fireworks and the Aerospace Innovation Forum.
