The $300m Kali Hotel and Rooftop, Autograph Collection has topped out construction at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California. Located adjacent to SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater, the 300-room hotel is slated to open in September 2026 under the management of Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
KPC Development Company said the event was a major milestone bringing the only hotel permitted within the Hollywood Park Specific Plan one step closer to its anticipated opening in September 2026. The symbolic raising of the ceremonial steel beam marked the topping out achievement and signalled completion of the building’s structural frame.
Local dignitaries and leadership from the City of Inglewood, the builder Clayco, Hollywood Park, and KPC Development Company attended the ceremony, 10 September, 2025.
“Kali Hotel represents KPC’s inaugural luxury project in Los Angeles, with more developments planned for the market,” said Dr Kali P. Chaudhuri, chairman and founder of KPC Development Company. “We broke ground less than 11 months ago on this project driven by vision and passion. Today’s ceremony demonstrates substantial progress on what is the only hospitality destination of its kind in Greater Los Angeles. The hotel has already received great interest ahead of premier sporting events in 2027 and beyond.”
Located next to SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater, Kali Hotel and Rooftop sits within walking distance of Intuit Dome, Kia Forum, NFL Los Angeles West Coast headquarters, and the forthcoming Hollywood Park Studios. The hotel is well positioned to serve visitors to the area’s world-class entertainment venues, business travelers, and residents of Inglewood.
Kali Hotel and Rooftop joins Autograph Collection Hotels, the premium brand of independent hotels in Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio. In addition to 300 guest rooms, including 34 suites, the hotel will offer nearly 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
