US-based virtual event tech company GlobalMeet has announced new artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for its webcasting platform. GlobalMeet’s Live Studio for presenters now adjusts face framing in real-time, aiming to deliver more natural interactions and engaging meeting and event experiences. The new capabilities also include presenter framing, with algorithms now automatically detecting faces that come into camera view to adjust framing in real-time. ”Artificial intelligence is the future for virtual event technology, and GlobalMeet is proud to leverage AI in this dynamic way,” said the CEO of GlobalMeet, Kim Niederman. “These AI capabilities further expand upon our mission to help our customers execute flawless events for when their message matters most.” “What makes a virtual event go from good to great is personalisation, and artificial intelligence is a stellar tool for hosts to create events that are customized to their brand and audiences’ preferences,” said the CTO of GlobalMeet, Ken Roberts. “Along with the updates to our video bridge, GlobalMeet is leading the way for virtual events that are more immersive and captivating than ever before.”
